Keeping them company are the ducks and emu. Enjoy a quiet cup of tea or coffee in the garden with Christine's delicious homemade cake whilst watching the prolific birdlife in thier natural surroundings. A 30 min walk along the picturesque beach will take you into Kingscote, the island's main town, for some shopping, sightseeing or a meal. Walk the opposite way to the Cygnet River mouth and watch the pelicans and black swans mingle with the masked lapwings, oyster catchers etc whist taking in the surrounds of Nepean Bay. Why not have a massage, after a day of sightseeing or golf, in the privacy of your own suite before sitting down to a fabulous 5 course dinner with your hosts. With our fully licensed bar ypu can choose a wine from Kangaroo Island or one of our varied collection of spirits.
